How to Use Click & Collect:

Processing Time:
Due to increased demand during our peak sale period, please allow 5 hours for your order to be packed prior to collection.
*Eligible for orders placed at least 5 hours before store closing. Please note that orders placed overnight will be ready 5 hours after the store opens.
Christmas Period Click & Collect Updates:
During the Christmas period, from December 16th to December 23rd, the 3-hour completion buffer will be extended to 5 hours.
Click & Collect will be unavailable from December 25th to December 29th and will resume on December 30th.
Click & Collect Availability:
Our Click & Collect service will not be available from December 25th, 2024, to December 29th, 2024.

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection, please only proceed to the store for pickup when you receive this email.
We do our best to fulfill orders within 3 hours*
*Eligible for all orders placed 3 hours before store close. Please note orders placed overnight will be ready 3 hours after store open.
Store details and opening hours
When collecting your order please bring proof of purchase and valid photo ID. Orders should only be collected by the person who's name is listed on the order.
Your order must be collected from the store you selected at checkout. We will also confirm the pick up location and all other details in the order confirmation email we send you.
Please note: the store location can not be changed after placing your order and is final.
For 7 days. If a Click & Collect order is not collected within 7 days of placing the order, it will be cancelled and refunded back onto the original method of payment. This will be communicated via email to the email address provided for the order.
Our online returns policy applies to all purchases made online, regardless of whether they are delivered or collected in-store. Please view our full returns policy for all information relating to returns.
In the unfortunate event that your preferred store is unable to process your order, our customer care team will be in contact to provide alternate options.
Not all products unfortunately. Some may not be available for Click & Collect at your preferred store.
In this case we recommend either selecting an alternate store where all item(s) are in stock. Or proceeding with standard shipping. We offer free express for all domestic orders within Australia over $300.
