Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on Australian orders over $350. Orders under this amount will incur an $11 shipping fee. Need it sooner? Choose express shipping at checkout for $16.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post eParcel, with the option of Standard or Express delivery selected at checkout. Please allow 1–2 business days for dispatch from our warehouse.


Express Delivery: 1–2 business days to metropolitan areas, and 2–4 business days for regional areas.

Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days for metropolitan and regional areas, and up to 7 business days for remote locations, including Western Australia.


Our warehouse team operates during business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and NSW public holidays.

We offer free express shipping for orders over $350 AUD.

For orders under $350 AUD, a shipping fee of $30 AUD will be applied at checkout

All orders are sent via DHL Express on an overnight service. For rural or regional areas, please allow an additional 24 hours.

Your order will be sent on an express DHL service with an expected delivery time of 3–5 business days.

Duties & Taxes


International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties, which are applied by your local government and customs office on imported goods. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes, or other fees imposed rests with the customer.

Should the customer refuse to pay duties and taxes held on an order applied by customs the responsibility lies with the customer to arrange for the order to be returned to Incu in order to receive a refund.
