Behind The Scenes: Daylesford Longhouse

This season, we were lucky to shoot our Spring Campaign, ‘Feels Like Home’ at Daylesford Longhouse — a residence, working farm and cooking school brought to life by Ronnen Goren and Trace Streeter.

Situated in Elevated Plains, a short 90 minute drive from Melbourne CBD, the property is one of the most celebrated in Australia, being the first Victorian property to win Australian House of the Year, as well as many accolades and architectural awards. Beyond its architectural wonder, it is also a space that celebrates hospitality, food and community.

We spoke with Ronnen and Trace about their vision for Daylesford Longhouse and how they created a space like no other. Being big fans of homemade meals, they also shared the recipe for their favourite Lemonade Scones, which you will definitely want to recreate in your own home…

Captured through the lens of our friend and collaborator Phil Huynh, discover the beauty of this unique home.
