As Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in growing brand awareness and engagement for Incu. You will confidently support on executing campaigns end-to-end and take a balanced approach to developing the Incu email and customer engagement strategy.

You are innately a creative and critical thinker, ensuring all activity serves a brand or commercial purpose. Collaboration must come naturally as you build rapport across the wider marketing team, our store teams, different departments, brands and partners. 

In addition to supporting broader marketing activity, you will be responsible for driving Incu’s CRM program to meet marketing and business objectives. This role will define and deliver a strategy to onboard new customers, drive engagement, prevent churn and re-engage across different segments. 

Responsibilities 

  • Support the Marketing Manager on the end to end campaign execution from brief through to developing the campaign rollout, and following up with reporting.
  • Plan and deliver lifecycle and CRM campaigns across email and SMS to meet marketing & business objectives for Incu.
  • Monitor and implement strategies to improve the health & performance of the customer database, including monitoring any churn and looking for acquisition opportunities.
  • Support Marketing Manager with the roll out and maintenance of a new loyalty program. 
  • Define customer lifecycle segments and build on our segmentation strategy to retain and grow customer engagement and spend. 
  • Support on e-commerce led projects, leading on the integration between tech platforms and Klaviyo.
  • Manage ongoing A/B testing, analysis, reporting and optimisation. 
  • Work with Marketing Assistant to manage assets supplied from our brand partners 
  • Provide creative input for content angles across digital touchpoints including idea generation for story-telling
  • Copywriting for short and long form written content, working with freelancers when required. 
  • Report on marketing activity to gain shareable insights for the business and assess against goals. 
  • Support on event management including production and communications strategy.
  • Work collaboratively with wider marketing, creative, buying, e-commerce and operations departments to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes. 
  • Support on required marketing activity for our mono brand partners including Ganni and A.P.C.


Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of relevant CRM experience. Experience using Klaviyo is essential.
  • A customer first mindset with proven experience impacting customer value. 
  • An analytical mindset and the ability to analyse, utilise and gather insights from data. 
  • Great commercial acumen with the ability to present findings and recommendations to senior  leadership. 
  • Strong attention to detail. 
  • Proactive with ideas and recommendations. 
  • A collaborative attitude. 
  • Experience using AP21 and TRS is advantageous.

Reporting in the first instance to your Store Manager, the Assistant Manager is responsible for helping the Store Manager maintain the day-to-day operation of the store, as well as setting customer service standards and launching initiatives to hit sales targets. Assistant Managers need to help develop and motivate a team, whilst ensuring everyone adheres to company policies and procedures.

The Assistant Manager is the main support for the Store Manager and needs to take on all the responsibilities in their absence. Working as part of an enthusiastic team, the role of an Assistant Manager is to deliver high quality customer service and outstanding product knowledge. They are responsible overall for every aspect of general shop maintenance and stock merchandising while promoting and enhancing the positive image and culture of Ganni. 

2+ years of retail and retail management experience in a similar environment preferred.

The Sales Assistant is responsible for all aspects of general shop maintenance and stock merchandising while promoting and enhancing the positive image and corporate values of Incu.

The Online Fulfillment/Stock Assistant will be an enthusiastic and highly accurate individual, who thrives in a fast paced environment. The main responsibilities of this role are the picking and packing of all online orders for dispatch to customers and communicating effectively with customer service to ensure efficient Ecommerce fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Is the point of contact for Incu Online Ship from store process
  • Oversees Store fulfillment to ensure orders are being dispatched within expected timeframes and accuracy levels are maintained. Follows up with stores directly on any delays
  • Working with Store Managers to efficiently manage inventory in/out
  • Store Managers delegating inventory related tasks
  • Picking, packing and labeling online orders for dispatch to customers
  • Quality checking all items thoroughly before dispatch
  • Using the fulfillment and dispatch computer systems
  • Monitoring workload and reporting to manager
  • Communicating effectively with customer service and a variety of staff within the eCommerce and Warehouse teams
  • Monitors and records stock discrepancies in stores and ensures the correct stock adjustment process is followed to avoid further oversells online. Reports on the number of discrepancies each week/month to highlight any patterns
  • Distributes packaging collateral for store teams
  • Assisting with checking, tagging, and sorting stock
  • Maintaining the cleanliness, organization and safety of back of house
  • Working with Store Managers to conduct stocktakes with accuracy and efficiency, and assisting with post stocktake discrepancy reports to ensure accurate stock levels
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as requested, which can include tasks such as stock transfers in/out, back of house stack management, customer service on the sales floor.
  • Liaising with warehouse; marketing and store managers to ensure time sensitive releases are prioritized and made available by key dates as required
  • Overseeing deliveries and liaising with managers and relevant parties to ensure any discrepancies are raised and corrected in a timely manner
  • Working closely with store managers to ensure stores are consistently meeting their dispatch KPIs

Knowledge and Experience

  • Experience in a similar role at the same level in retail fashion or similar
  • Must have a demonstrated record of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Knowledge and previous experience using inventory systems preferred

Due to the duties associated with the position the following physical and psychological capacities are considered an essential requirement in order to perform the duties associated with the position safely.

- Repetitive bending, squatting, and kneeling
- Lateral lifting of at least 15kg
- Use an industrial ladder of 1.8 metres
