PROMOTIONAL SALE PERIODS
Incu reserves the right to start, end, or change sales without notice.
Prices online may not apply in-store, especially during online-only sales.
Once the online store has exhausted its allocation, it cannot pull items from in-store stock. Some sale durations are subject to stock availability. Prices on items may vary from store to store.
Discount prices will only be valid during the sale period and will not be honoured once the sale ends or prices change —
no exceptions.
Incu is not obligated to refund the difference on items purchased outside the sale period or for items restocked or repriced.
Final sale items are not refundable due to change of mind.
PRICING
All items presented on incu.com are in Australian dollar prices and are GST inclusive. All payments are processed in Australian dollars.
Pricing is subject to change without prior notice.
Promotional Codes
Occasionally Incu will offer promotional discounts in the form of discount codes. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions of any event for timeframe and exclusions.
Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
AVAILABILITY
We make every effort to ensure the stock presented is accurate and available for purchase. However, please note that our inventory is not updated in real-time, and discrepancies may occasionally occur.
If in the event that our warehouse is not able to fulfil your order, you will be notified as soon as possible with an alternative option.
If a suitable solution cannot be found, a full refund will be processed.
ORDERS
All orders submitted through the website are subject to acceptance by Incu.
Once you submit your order, you will receive an email to confirm receipt of your order. This email confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order or an offer to sell products.
Incu reserves the right to refuse an order for any reason. Incu also reserves the right to correct inadvertent errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in relation to price, product availability, or product descriptions.
Acceptance of all orders is subject to Incu confirming availability and price for the products ordered. If your order is rejected for any reason, you will be given a full refund for any amount paid for the order.
Incu only accepts your offer, and concludes the contract of sale for the product(s) ordered by you, when we dispatch the product(s) and send an email confirming that the product(s) have been dispatched to your nominated shipping address.
Incu may cancel your order (including orders already accepted by Incu) without any liability to you if:
- Any of the products in your order are unavailable,
- There were errors in price or product description on the Website at the time of placing your order, or
- Technical errors occurred in processing your order.
If we cancel your order for any reason, you will be given a full refund for any amount paid for the order.
EXCESSIVE RETURNS
For fraud, abuse and security reasons, we monitor customer return frequency and value.
If we notice that you have a high returns rate on your account, we may take the decision to limit your account from making future orders.
We will contact you via email if we consider this appropriate.

GIFT CARD TERMS & CONDITIONS
Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, and can be redeemed for merchandise only and not for cash. If the total amount is not redeemed, the balance remains on the gift card.
Please note, Incu gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift Cards are treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
In the event of fraud, an attempt at deception or in the event of the suspicion of other illegal activities in connection with a gift card purchase or redemption of that gift card on the Website, we are entitled to cancel your order or require a different means of payment.
